Cad Cam department
In this department, the dreams and visions of designers become reality. We have two modern plotters on which we print layouts from files (plt., Hpgl.). We have several workstations equipped with the latest Gemini software and an experienced team of designers, thanks to which we are able to create a project even from a sketch, model or photo. We digitize the client's paper patterns and make corrections to the existing patterns. The prototype is sewn by a qualified seamstress from beginning to end, thanks to which we guarantee excellent quality and attention to every detail.
Cutting department
Plain, check, striped, quilted or pleated fabrics - each one requires precision in the cut. In our cutting room, four pairs of experienced cutters work on two 10-meter tables.
Graphic department
At CMT Polska, 5 graphic designers with highest creativity create unique graphics that, thanks to the sublimation technique, come to life on almost any sport outfit. Our graphic designers, with the help of the CorelDraw program, ensure that every detail is perfectly refined and consistent with the client's vision (we also carry out personalized orders).
Sewing room with a modern machine park
It is the heart of our company with two teams. One of the them specializes in sewing sportswear, the other team produces both knitted and woven fabrics. We have a modern machine park (lockstitch machines, chain lockstitch machines, two needles with different needle spacing, overlocks with different needle spacing, babylocks, 2- and 3-needle doublestitches with lower and upper braids, autolaps (machines for flat seam stitching), hole punches (ordinary and clothing), button machines, bartack machines, rubber machines.
Printing and sublimation
Our sportswear is mainly produced in modern sublimation technology. Sublimation allows you to design without graphic and color restrictions. The only limit is the designer's fantasy and technical limitations (stitching, joining elements). Printing is done on "MIMAKI" plotters and sublimation on "Antonio MONTi" calenders. Advantages of sublimation include: unlimited graphic and color possibilities (pantone, CMYK) and a lifetime warranty for prints (they are flexible, non-fading, do not fade, they are printed in knitted fabric).
